ANOTHER HOME SET! LOT 36 WAS LIFTED AND SET INTO PLACE MONDAY OCT 22nd.
Lot 23 (Below/Far Left) has its deck up and is now waiting on utility hookup before it is finalized. The modular for lot 36 is photographed on its frame prior to being lifted Monday.
Lot 22 has it's slab formed and will be poured Thursday Oct 25th. The block garage should be constructed the following Monday, making it the next home to be set in place.
Not far behind are lots 6, 5, and 35. These lots will all have their site prep begin this week, with slabs being formed immediately. Driveways have been poured this week on several of the units.
