DCA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION

What is a modular home?
A modular home is built in sections in a factory, where the materials are never subject to adverse weather conditions, using the same components found in site built homes. Finished modules are covered and transported to the home site, where they’re placed on a pre-made foundation and assembled by a local builder.  Most banks, appraisers and insurance companies treat modular homes the same as site-built homes.
