Progress continues at Hudson Springs and the look of the park is changing dramatically, and for the better, as we continue to build more Villas. We have set the modular home on lot 26 since the last update and the stucco has been finished; next comes stucco painting and attachment of the deck. Lot 27's Villa, owned by professional wrestling great, Mike Graham is nearing completion and will soon be in the final stages of construction. Lot 37's Villa, owned by the Weber's, is pictured with the garage complete and the modular home awaiting raising early next week. Enjoy the pictures, I'll be posting more soon!
Above: two photos of the crane operators making final adjustments to the rigging before the lift can begin. These guys really know their stuff and we highly reccomend their services. If you call them, tell them you saw our endorsement at the Tribird website.
Up it goes! Jeff and his family (the owners of lot 26's Villa) have been following the construction closely and had a relative onhand to video-tape the raising. We love their enthusiasm!
Nearing touchdown.
Another new home is born!
Above: If you look closely, you can see seven different Villas, either complete or under construction. That number will continue increasing as construction of pre-sold Villas continues. There are still lots available but ya better hurry!
The Weber's garage, under construction on lot 37. They will have a spectacular view of the spring!
The finished garage. The Weber's modular home is sitting on the ground next to the garage and will be raised on top next Tuesday.

Mike Graham's Villas being painted. Next step is to build the steps going up to the deck (pardon the pun). We're very excited to have Mike and his wife, Diane, as owners at Hudson Springs. Mike, a succesful real estate developer himself, is also a retired and well known professional wrestler, with numerous national and world titles to his credit (Google his name and you'll find a lot of interesting information and photos of Mike during his wrestling days). Mike has been very excited by our project at Hudson Springs since he first came to the park several months ago and intends to stay in his Villa when he visits Hudson to manage his building projects in the area. Through our affiliated real estate brokerage, Florida Realty Centers, we are partnering with Mike and Diane to market their residential properties in this area. We look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship. We're becoming friends with most of the new owners and we think that's just great!

The other side of Mike and Diane Graham's Villa with paint complete (the brown band in the middle is masking paper covering the white stucco trim band, and will be removed. Note the white trim band on the Schaller's Villa next door.
The waterfront is changing dramatically! This view shows the Weber's garage to the far right with their modular home next to it. Across the spring are two more Villa's on lots 25 and 26 and the garage-awaiting-modular-home on lot 23 (which is right next to lot 25 - some of our lot numbers are a little out of sequence, and were not sure why since we inherited them when we purchased the park. They are likely the product of changes during the last 60+ years that the Hudson Springs Mobile Home Park has existed - once you know them though, it adds to the park's historic charm :)
That's all for now, thanks for checking out our progress. I'll be posting more photos and a new update very soon.
Until then,
